il problema inizia quando vai a saldarti il tutto. con il calore generato ti si distorce il telaio e ti altera l'allineamento che avevi fatto con cura. Dovresti provare a mappare le saldature, facendole in modo parziale e in punti opposti in modo da limitare la trazione durante il raffreddamento. La difficoltà è data anche dallo spessore limitato dei tubi...cosí fini...scaldano da dio!!!
L'allineamento in effetti è una problematica da tenere in grande considerazione e verrà fatta in seguito per garantire la planarità del telaio, ma generalmente più è precisa la fase di preparazione e meno accentuata è la distorsione. That's the way it goes ;-)
