Siegfried manga (ENG-ITA)

In this article I will talk about another manga that I really liked and it is already concluded, that is titled: Siegfried the song of the Nibelungen.
The original title of this manga is Boukoku no Siegfried and is written and designed by Yoshikazu Amami who, like many mangaka, particularly cares about his privacy, in fact on the internet there are no news or images. In case you should be luckier than me, let me know!

Italian version of the manga

As can be easily understood from the title, the work is inspired by the Song of the Nibelungen also known as Canto dei Nibelunghi, an epic poem written during the first half of the 13th century. Like all the poems in this story are told of the deeds of legendary heroes, in this case Siegfried and the tragic end of the latter.
Let's go back to our manga: it is made up of six volumes that, as we have already seen in one of my previous posts, are called tankobon. In this story our Siegfried defines himself the knight of honor and is trying to perform some deeds that will make him enter the legend. He is the prince of the lost kingdom Niederland and of which Siegfried is the only survivor. Throughout his journey the knight is accompanied by a very intelligent and wise boy named Alberico who is the third son of the Nibelungen family. It will be Alberico to write the song inspired by the deeds of Sigfrido, can you guess the title? But it's obvious! The Song of the Nibelungen!

During his journey Siegfried will meet many characters, in my opinion the two most amusing are King Gunther, whose hair is very reminiscent of a lion, and his brother Gernot who remembers a vaguely disturbing clown.
What to say? Obviously I will not reveal the ending, I let you discover it to you!

Ciao Steemians!

In questo articolo vi parlerò di un altro manga che mi è piaciuto molto e si è già concluso, quest'ultimo si intitola: Siegfried il canto dei Nibelunghi.
Il titolo originale di questo manga è Boukoku no Siegfried ed è scritto e disegnato da Yoshikazu Amami che come molti mangaka tiene particolarmente alla sua privacy, infatti su internet non si trovano sue notizie e neanche sue immagini. Nel caso voi doveste essere più fortunati di me, fatemelo sapere!

Come si può facilmente intuire dal titolo, l'opera è ispirata alla Canzone dei Nibelunghi conosciuta anche come Canto dei Nibelunghi, poema epico scritto durante la prima metà del XIII secolo. Come tutti i poemi epici anche in questo si narrano delle gesta di eroi leggendari, in questo caso Sigfrido, e della tragica fine di questi ultimi.
Torniamo al nostro manga: è composto da sei volumi che come abbiamo già visto in un mio post precedente si chiamano tankobon. In questa storia il nostro Siegfrido si autodefinisce il cavaliere dell'onore e sta cercando di compiere delle gesta che lo faranno entrare nella leggenda. Egli è il principe del Niederland regno scomparso e di cui Sigfrido è unico superstite. Durante tutto il suo viaggio il cavaliere viene accompagnato da un ragazzino molto intelligente e saggio di nome Alberico che è il terzogenito della famiglia dei Nibelunghi. Sarà proprio Alberico a scrivere il canto ispirato dalle gesta di Sigfrido, riuscite ad indovinarne il titolo? Ma è ovvio! Il Canto dei Nibelunghi!

Durante il suo viaggio Sigfrido incontrerà molti personaggi, secondo me i due più divertenti sono il re Gunther, la cui capigliatura ricorda molto quella di un leone, e suo fratello Gernot che ricorda un clown vagamente inquietante.
Che dire? Ovviamente non vi svelerò il finale, lo lascio scoprire a voi!
