UNO SPETTACOLO CHIAMATO: TOUR EIFFEL

Monumento maestoso diventato simbolo universale della sua città: Parigi.

La Tour Eiffel fu costruita in 26 mesi e presentata il 31 marzo 1889 durante L'ESPOSIZIONE UNIVERSALE DI PARIGI

Nata da un progetto avanzato da: Koechlin e Nouguier due ingegneri, che lavoravano presso lo studio dell' architetto Gustave Eiffel.

L'idea era: un pilastro formato da quattro travi che si ricongiungevano in altezza, per la sua costruzione furono utilizzati 18.000 pezzi uniti da oltre 5.000.000 bulloni.

La scelta del ferro, si deve alla volontà di voler utilizzare un materiale innovativo ma allo stesso tempo duraturo che doveva resistere alle varianti metereologiche.

Eiffel contribuì alla costruzione apportando modifiche e perfezionamenti, ma oggi il merito viene riconosciuto unicamente a lui.

Il progetto della torre nei primi momenti non ebbe vita facile, trovando un malcontento generale in quanto ritenuta inferiore rispetto le altre strutture che ornavano la città.

Allora, si decise che doveva essere una costruzione provvisoria. Ottenuto l' apprezzamento sia da parte dei turisti che dagli stessi parigini e per l'utilità che ne portò, diventando base per antenne di trasmissione si decise di mantenerla.

La Torre si erige nel cuore di Parigi, all' estremità dei CHAMPS DE MARS e con i suoi 324 metri di altezza è ben visibile da moltissimi punti della città.

Suddivisa in 3 livelli, raggiungibili dai suoi 1665 gradini o da ascensori trasparenti che la costeggiano; ogni piano offre un panorama paesaggistico dal sapore magico.

Al primo troviamo: un ristorante e un cinema a otto schermi,caratterizzato da un pavimento trasparente che sembra dare la sensazione di camminare nel vuoto. Il secondo piano è raggiungibile dai suoi 704 gradini o mediante ascensore, per poi arrivare ad un terzo e ultimo livello che non risparmia in qualità di aspettativa visiva.

La torre è illuminata da oltre 350 proiettori e la sera un gioco di luci, oltre 20,000 lampadine la fanno brillare.

L'iniziativa fu presa per celebrare l'arrivo del nuovo millennio: l'anno 2000.

Per la bellezza offerta da tale spettacolo, si decise di mantenerla anche negli anni successivi fino ad oggi.

La torre necessita di frequenti opere di manutenzione, infatti ogni 5 anni viene riverniciata completamente anche perché oggi comunque è un' attrazione che conta circa 6.500.000 di visitatori provenienti da ogni parte del mondo.

Ho scelto di parlarvi di questo imponente meravigliosa struttura, perché ho avuto il piacere di vederla personalmente e una volta lì ho avuto modo di capire in fondo le persone che me ne avevano parlato, il loro stupore e la loro difficoltà che avevano nel descriverla, credo che sia una di quelle cose che almeno una volta nella vita , si deve assolutamente vedere.

Then, it was decided that it must be a temporary construction. Obtained the appreciation both by tourists and by the same Parisians and for the usefulness that it brought, becoming a base for transmission antennas it was decided to maintain it.

The Tower stands in the heart of Paris, at the end of the CHAMPS DE MARS and with its 324 meters high it is clearly visible from many points of the city.

At the first we find: a restaurant and an eight-screen cinema, characterized by a transparent floor that seems to give the feeling of walking in a vacuum. The second floor can be reached from its 704 steps or by elevator, and then you get to a third and last level that does not spare as a visual expectation.
