IT (the movie) Review

Hey followers! (Oh wait I don't have any followers yet....)

I had the chance to watch the movie IT with my sister yesterday and since we had different views I figured it'd be great to let viewers on steemit get a chance to agree or disagree and comment their own opinions of the movie.

Quick note - I hate reviews that explain the whole story. I love reviews that talk about the acting & atmospher of the movie.

Let me start off by saying, I have the Medal of Honor for having watched all of the Conjuring movies (despite covering my eyes for each one) I truly enjoy a well produced horror movie. (Insidious was great as well)

If you've seen the show Stranger Things, then IT will have you somewhat satisfied until season 2 comes out on October 27th. Especially as Finn Wolfhard is hands down the best child actor around.

The cast was perfect for Stephen King's well known novel. In comparison to the old version of IT the clown still had a similar vibe to the extent where he didn't look too scary, but damn did he act it.

The kids in the movie did justice in bringing back the 90s feel. They rode bikes around town and brought me back to the great childhood of HaeLove's.
My sister had thought that not every child actor was needed, and I agree there did seem times when it was hard to keep up with each kid, yet in my opinion each child had their own representation of a personality back in 5th grade.

The movie introduced each child's own experience with the odd and haunted town of Derby, and this helped viewers understand what exactly IT was. A clown that loves fear.

I truly loved the movie it did it's job in having the audience intrigued and at the edge of their seats. My sister on the other hand wished it was scarier. (Let's just say I sounded like I was speaking Chinese during the scary scenes)

And the ending of the movie you ask?.....well the question is did IT ever end?
