Wisdom of the day - When All I See Is The Battle, You See My Victory (Phil Wickham)

Have you ever noticed that there are situations in which we are just stuck? All we can see are the challenges, the opposition, the walls surrounding us, telling us that it is impossible and that it cannot be done. Or maybe you just see an opponent so big, impossible to beat.

That reminds of the story about David and Goliath from the Bible. When the Philistine giant came (Goliath), nobody from the Israeli army dared to stand up against him. He was too big! All they could see was the battle, all they could see was the giant!

Then suddenly someone came from the outside, and he saw something else. The name of the boy was David. He didn't see a giant. Well, he did see a giant, but he also saw a God who was way bigger than the giant. He saw that the giant couldn't compare to God in size. In other words, he didn't see the impossible, he saw the possibility, and he saw the victory that God would give him.

Maybe you are having a big challenge right now. Maybe all you can see is a battle! Let me tell you! God sees the victory. He sees you on the other side! Seek him, and let him show it to you as well!
