Here's my thought, for what it's worth... Never apologize for having a busy life (as long as you're moving in the right direction). If you fell out because you were in a dark place then that would probably upset a lot of people, but living and making a living - there isn't anything to feel bad about. The stories will keep coming. Pace yourself! :)
