Ways of Maintaining Health In Islam
Islam is the last religion revealed on earth. The last religion aimed at perfecting the preceding teachings. Even health in Islam is very important, one of which is shown by a familiar sentence "Cleanliness of some faith". If we trace back cleanliness is the right way to dispel various diseases.
If you are a Muslim, and want to follow the way the Prophet Muhammad SAW maintain health, the following we will present the way how to maintain health according to Islam.
Awake Before Fajr
Wake up before dawn with the intention of doing sunnah prayers together and doing dawn prayers. The solat movement is as useful as the exercise movement, the prayer at dawn is as useful as the little exercise in the morning. Air dawn also proved more fresh and fresh. By doing the things above will also give you a blessing in the form of reward, and healthy enjoyment.

Do not Eat Excessively
This may be familiar to us Muslims and Muslims. In eating, Islam recommends eating before we get hungry and stop eating before full. Because according to the belief of Islam that our stomach is divided into three parts, first part of the stomach for food, both parts of the stomach for air, the third part of the stomach for water. By balancing the three elements in the stomach then we will find health.
Get used to Walking
Walking is not just a suggestion of maintaining health in Islam, many health experts are also advocating it. Prophet Muhammad SAW famously likes to walk, either to the mosque, the house of friends, or go jihad. By walking will make our sweat out, then our pores will open, blood flow also more smoothly, and certainly will make our body more healthy.
Not Mighty Angry
Prophet Muhammad SAW never took advice "Do not be angry" ?? the word is repeated for three times. This shows that the importance of maintaining emotion in Islam, and showing that the strength and health of a Muslim is not only determined by his body but also his emotions, and his soul.
There is the right way to overcome anger, by changing our body position when angry. When you are angry at a standing position try to sit down, then if you are angry in a sitting posture to lie down. The anger comes from the devil and the devil is made of fire so you can take ablution then sunbathing or obligatory to calm down.
Actually there are many ways to maintain health in Islam, because Islam itself is a perfect religion that strongly recommends health and hygiene in worship.
