After winning the toss RR has opted to bat first.. They haven't had a good start as buttler departed in 3rd over of match. Rahane and samson played sensibly and both got to their respective fifties. While trying to up the ante rahane got out for well made 70 off just 39 balls. After that it was all samson's show he toiled all the bowlers and in this process he got to his second ipl hundred and became first batsman to reach the milestone in this season. Like last match again in this match Srh bowlers are not up to the mark they have conceded 69 runs off 4.4 overs in last match and in this match 76 runs off last 5 overs. Time to be concerned? Thanks to the carnage of sanju samson RR ended up scoring 198 runs in their innings.

While chasing Srh just got the start they needed to chase 199 runs. Particularly David warner hit all the bowlers all over the park. He got to his 50 in just 24 balls. On the other bairtsow started slow when compared to warner. Just when everyone thought that David warned will take match away from Rajasthan strokes bowled a short delivery to get rid of warner for 69 runs off just 39 balls. Later bairtsow got out for 45 runs off 29 balls thanks to stunning catch from Kulkarni off Sheryas Gopal's bowling. Shankar joined Williamson and they both tried to finish the match early as shankar made 35 runs off 15 balls. Looks like match will get over in 17th over but unadkat removed Williamson and later gopal removed shankar and manish pandey in successive deliveries and RR right back in to the match. Yusuf and rashid finish the match with one over to spare.
