The research firm, industry analyst and postal intelligence, Creative Strategies recently conducted a study of iPhone X owners to get information about their level of satisfaction with the products and features available. The study focuses specifically on early adopters because the consumer is one of the big groups among iPhone X users. Here are the levels of iPhone X user satisfaction based on specific features:

Seven of 111 features of iPhone X get user satisfaction levels above 90%, namely:

1. The appearance of iPhone X
2. The speed of iPhone X
3. Image quality
4. The Super Retina OLED screen is 5.8 inches
5. The gesture interface based sweep of the finger (without the Home button)
6. Face ID
7. Battery life

The study reveals the exciting thing that the most controversial feature on iPhone X (without the Home and Face ID buttons) gets a user satisfaction level of over 90%! It seems that both features are easier to learn than expected. Four other features (while in grip, portrait mode, selfie photo, and Siri) have user satisfaction below 90%.

Overall, iPhone X users give 97% user satisfaction rate and 87% of them indicate that users are satisfied with iPhone X.
