Some paid services might be able to unlock your iPhone, but there's always a risk involved. And as for free solutions, they're pretty hard to come by. One thing you could try is reaching out to the previous owner if you have an ipad locked to owner. Maybe they could remove the iCloud lock for you. It's worth a shot, and it could save you a lot of time and money. Just be careful when you're looking for iCloud unlock services. There are a lot of scams out there, and you don't want to end up losing your money or damaging your device.
