Investing/trading/speculating – A List of Resources
Hey y’all!
I’m putting together a list of resources regarding investing, trading, and speculating. Whether it be books, streams, blogs, interesting people worth listening to, you name it; pretty much anything that I’ve found interesting and useful. They are probably mostly geared towards Bitcoin and crypto in general, but not limited to. In terms of Bitcoin and crypto, I also threw in a couple of non-investment type of books and podcasts for fun. Most of you interested in these things are already familiar with these great people and sources, but I bet there are those who aren’t, and maybe would consider such list useful. I’ll be editing the list anytime I come across any great source of information in relation to these topics, and would be glad for any tips/suggestions/opinions you might have. I’ll put those in as well.
I’m making this list due to a host of reasons. As I mentioned earlier, I hope some people will find it useful. I’ve also done it to see which books I’ve already read and/or want to read, get some recommendations from you, and due to my general interest in the subject. One of the main ones, though, is definitely Bitcoin’s last bear market, after which I started to research and read about technical analysis. I was unaware there were amazing traders who stream pretty much every day, such as Tone Vays... I first heard about him while working as a translator for the now defunct Czech branch of CoinTelegraph sometime back in 2015, but had no idea he was streaming (maybe he wasn’t back then, dunno). Anyway, if I had been watching his streams just a couple of years ago, I’m pretty sure I would have jumped into trading sooner, at least a little bit; if not, I’d still have a clue about the general direction of the price, and other useful information that would help me protect my gains better during the last year. Maybe there are others like me...
I’ve been reading about investing for some time now, but until I had started to learn technical analysis and watch the charts more closely, I had, imo, absolutely no idea whatsoever about what was going on. Learning technical anylsis changed my view and understanding about investing completely.
Last but not least, I would like to thank all these people for providing such valuable information, most of which for free. Would love to attend one of their workshops/webinars, but, as money is tight right now, can’t afford to. Probably sometime in the future though. Hope you won’t mind me mentioning your names in here. Thank you!
