Hey guys been chillen lately but I want to share this awesome way to make more btc.

I would be very wary of this at the least. It is structured very much like a pyramid scheme.
For 150% per year growth you're better off investing with a mining pool.
Thanks for commenting I also have a mining rig and am currently in a mining pool this is a good way to make extra bitcoin.
