Three potential catalysts in August for the sleeping giant DOLV (JMBY)

For a number of reasons, the Chinese find the number 8 to be lucky the same was many Western cultures believe the number 7 to be lucky.

As everyone else following this stock is already aware, DOLV will become JBMY after the pending ticker change, reflecting the acquisition from JinBo-Zhongjimingyang, or JB-ZJMY.

As superstitious as they are in their culture, the 8th is often the Anniversary and target date of many events in their country.
August 11th
The Federal lawsuit to recover the 54 million illegaly issued shares given away without exchange of goods or services, as charity, by the shell's previous company's failing mgmt.

August 15th
Q-2's are due by the 15th. They filed their Q-1s on time. (Jan-Mar, reverse-merger wasn't even announced till Apr 6th). So it reflected almost nothing except for the fact there was almost zero debt, and the CEO himself put $2 mil+ of is own cash into the company. The 2nd quarter will reflect the low speed EVs sold between Apr-Jun.
They also hired another financial auditor, so some are speculating we get audited financials, especially given the company's goal of NASDAQ soon, and the fact we have no consolidated financials on the company merging in yet, despite the promise made in April.
That's it for this post. It's been a long wait but I believe I will be rewarded with the rest of the longs, and I'm gonna HODL for the prize.
