Yeah, more or less :) Just one recommendation: don´t focus on the money. If you build a strong brand, create value by interesting, entertaining, fun content then anything else will follow.
It will require some patience and consistency to get rewarded in a way that might fulfill your economic expectations (which seem to be relatively high :-)). This is not a place where you can get rich overnight, but - and this might be even more important - where you can have infinite fun with great people.
