Working Principle
The steel pipe shot blasting and rust removal machine mainly ejects abrasives (such as steel sand, steel shot, steel wire segments, etc.) through a high-speed rotating impeller. These high-speed abrasives hit the surface of the steel pipe, thereby removing rust, scale and other impurities on the surface of the steel pipe. This method can efficiently clean the surface of the steel pipe and provide a clean surface for subsequent anti-corrosion treatment or processing procedures.

Equipment Structure

  1. Shot blaster:
