Hello from KC world!!!

Howdy Steemit!

I started this a couple of week ago and got busy but i haven't even introduced myself!!

Shame, I know. So many of you were wondering who I was! (not really, I know...) I didn't even give you a chance. That all changes today my friends.

I have been in the Information Security scene for almost 2 years with interests ranging from Intelligence gathering, lock picking and social engineering. I am OK with Python and even worst with it comes to Go but Im learning. I have been teaching people outside of the infosec community for sometime about how they can secure themselves in this digital age.

Why am I on here: Who knows. I love the idea of Steemit and I m always following the Cryptocurrency markets. I am a big fan of giving people a choice. This might be a real revolution for currency exchange and how we pay each other.

I live in Kansas City, which is in the United States. The dollar is what I know and im very grateful to be in a stable region of the world but I understand the global view. My OSINT research has provided me with a screen shot of the world in bad and good. The point Im trying to make is that I understand why hackers are using ransomware attacks and cashing out in alt coins. It exchangeable into Pounds, Euros and Dollar dollar bills y'all which could be stronger or more stable than the local fiat currency. If I was a black hat...I would cash out in a currency that holds more weight as well. At least until be can use the coins to buy coffee....I love coffee.

Back to why I am here...this is a perfect place for me to preach the word of safety and security. This is where the early adopters are for the crypto space and this is where the others will join in the future when this project gets out of Beta. Information security people need to understand the importance of securing the crypto space. we need to work along side devs to make everything possible. InfoSec and Whitehats will be the moderator of this space until the governments show up and screw up more stuff with it. Only 1% of the worlds population is on-board with alt coins right now. Still a long time to grow and I ll be here to help out where I can.
