CAN FRESCO: A Taste of Italian Vegan-Friendly Restaurant in San Rafael Ibiza

People with passion for what they do; people who put their love into their products ... oh I love this kind of people. I am a sucker for small business with soul and heart.

Recently we went for a quick morning snack to Can Fresco in San Rafael and this was what I felt, love and passion.

Can Fresco is a teeny-tiny, Italian restaurant in San Rafael. You will get from there lots of healthy juices and smoothies. And in there you can find probably the most gorgeous looking quiches you will ever see.

I love healthy living, but sometimes I love a little sin, and if I sin I like it good. And those quiches, they just are perfect and delicious.

There are many choices, as well as vegan options. So if you’re looking for vegan friendly restaurants in Ibiza and you’re on a budget, this place is a must-add to your list!

There is also a huge selection of cakes, which I did not try as I am taking part in a 50-day without sugar challenge. But I must say they did look worth a sin or two.. As we know, Italians do it better.. Most diners would consider it more a cafeteria than a restaurant but i guess it doesn’t matter what you call it. Everything you get from Can Fresco is top notch!

The atmosphere is super friendly and kind, they take pride in their product and the fact that everything is home and freshly made.

This was the second time I have been there, and both times I noticed their delivery people having quick coffee with the owner and being so friendly and happy to see each other. There is a special special place in my heart for this kind of human interaction of familiarity.

If you are on the island and feeling little hungry around San Rafael area, make sure you treat yourself to a little bit of Can Fresco.
