introducing myself :)

Hello,

I am 47 yo, Dutch, mother and artist and art historian.
I love lots of things, from culture, history, archaeology, politics, philosophy, science to cryptocoins:)
I am a big fan of BTC, Zcash (mined that for a year), NEO, Cardano and some others, I prefer the decentralized ones, I am a huge supporter of privacy.

Why am I here?
I had metastatic melanoma about 13 years ago.
I decided to write some things about my own training program, I was effected badly by the operation I had; a total lymph node dissection.
I guess this counts for lots of people who had cancer treatments, especially when the lymph nodes get damaged or have to be removed.
I could never find any good advice for dealing with edema that is becoming worse over the years, hence I wrote my own experiences here. All the 'good advice' I got from professionals, just made me end up in bed, swollen like a balloon :) !
