steemit, the path less traveled... not for so long.

Info:
Hello steemit members of the interwebs, my name is Grant Huie. I am 18 years of age and I am a new steemit member!

Before:
I had began my young carrier by playing video games getting interested in there mechanics and learning to code into them. Slowly I began learning code outside games with scripting languages such as Applescript. Although at the time it was mostly used for me to mess with people it taught me a good bit about programming in general. As my upperclassmen years of high school came close, I began working at an advertising agency in the digital department not doing much more than that of an intern, but it gave me a sort of new look into the life of a typical programmer. As time went on I began thinking back to game production and how I would want to make a game of my own. That is when I began programming my own games on a video game engine known as Unity. Slowly I began programming things such as board games, FPS games, race games, you name it. I would continuously program because I found such a love for creation that it gave me a feeling of control. Programming to me is like being able to live inside your dreams. Everyone wants to witness their dreams however it's only the first time you get to experience a dream in full that it suddenly becomes real. And that is why I found a love in things such as computers. The only place where the word "boundaries" was nearly non existent, other than the out of bounds error (programming joke)! I have taken mostly all honors or AP classes at my school and I am holding a record for the most classes taken in the software engineering/computer sciences field in our high school (10 semesters.)

Now:
I have looked into investing quite frequently as an entrepreneurial job involving software engineering is where I would like to lead myself. I am still in high school, however I have created a business in my town that does a form of mining with GPUs. I brought the idea upon my friends in order to get there take on the idea around three months prior to today. With those who thought it was a good idea, we began studying and researching currencies and alternative investment opportunities. We just started our first consistent mining operation nearly two months ago and when we get an investment, we attempt at getting another vega 56 (flash it of course) and increasing value to our operation. We since then have added three more vegas to our system and are doing quite well with cash flow is estimating a years profit of $18,000 by the end of this year. That is of course saying we were not to invest in STEEM. Which of course I would advise to anyone in my town. If you were wondering I have gotten parents and high school teens involved in investing. And we plan to be making much much more in capital once our facebook community advertisements launch. Also I understand if I were to invest instead of mine I would probably make more, however with mining you never really lose money just profit, because at the end of the day you can still sell your equipment at a slightly marked price. I thank those who bothered to read this as I know it was a bit uninteresting. If anyone has any advise in mining as well I will be sure to be alert for it. Thanks!
