Introducing Mushu, My Bearded Dragon!
First of all he must cuddle with me and absorb my heat.
If I am not available he waits for the "sun" to turn on and bask on his log while meditating.
Next he must be fully involved in my Steemit activity.
And when left to run free he must wear his trusty cape.
When he knows he is hot, he will give a big smile.
And then suck up for more cuddles.
He often ponders life by the window.
And takes full advantage of real sunlight to model in.
But when he has had enough he might use anything as a bed.
He enjoys fresh organic dandelion salad with carrots and sprinkled calcium toppings.
If I leave the couch for a minute he will steal my place on the heating pad (heat=life).
On the weekend he might go out to a friends, but must bundle up in these Canadian winters.
There is always time for another nap...
Or playing with his toys.
He also plans my death when I put hats on him.
But he needs me as a pillow for another nap.
His best friend is a stuffed alligator but I don't know what he has named him.
He tries hard to participate in Scrabble but often falls asleep.
Mushu again plans my death during his weekly bath.
So he takes time to vent, on the heating vent of course.
And at the end of the day if he doesn't want to climb the rocks...he just won't.
Basically Mushu lives the amazing life of being lazy, eating, cuddling, and staying warm. But also as a handsome bearded man who models occasionally.

Mushu is one lovely looking lizard. Sorry to hear he doesn’t like hats or baths, unfortunately a necessity for staying dapper. The cape works well though 😆

Oh cool! Mine eats lots of different worms, but since he is an adult he is turning more towards a vegetable diet.
@teggit Our lizard eats crickets and flour worms. We produce flour worms.
I have never heard of those worms.
lizards are very fond of flour worms
OH we call those Superworms!!! Those are his favourite.

My dog lives at my parents farm because you can't have dogs in the apartments. Plus the dogs I buy need a ton of exercise and training and would go crazy in an apartment if I am busy with school :(((((
Ok! I must admit Mushu is kinda cute. His growing on me.
I agree they are a bit hard to get used to but when they snuggle into you and watch tv with you its pretty endearing for a lizard.
@rlt47 I will try to make a point to post a pic of him on every comment I make to you until you love him.
