Here Goes My Introductory Post!

My very first Steemit post. I must thank my friend @LyndsayBowes for educating me on the wonderfulness that is Steemit. For a while now I've been more and more disappointed in the circus that Facebook is becoming and I believe this might be exactly the change I was hoping for. Aside from the benefit of receiving Steem, it truly just feels like more adult, educated sharing and I am hugely appreciative of what this could mean for networking in general. It seems like there is truly a community here and I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

Enough of that though... you all already know how awesome this is. I'm supposed to be introducing myself, lol. MY name is Taylor. I've been happily married for a year to my husband Scott. We have 2 furbabies, Mittens and Misty...both cats. I'm a full-time daycare teacher and I absolutely adore children. One of my favorite quotes is "Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional"...for I truly am a kid at heart.

I love a variety of music, as well as going to local music festivals. I collect psychedelic art and glasswork. I am a cannabis enthusiast. I love the outdoors, books, photography and did I mention music? ;-)... I'm currently trying to expand my knowledge on other topics that interest me such as: Crystal Gridding & understanding their energies, gardening/food preservation, holistic/homeopathic remedies, off-grid living, homeschooling/unschooling, growing/harvesting cannabis, and a few other less broad topics that I am sure I will elaborate on here further in the future.
