Yes the Rc for redfish/minnows are limited and thats why i am here to see if i can help you along :) But complaining the game isnet fare; is NOT the way to go... You must focus on your own content, be consistent, you must post daily, engage with otheres to get said upv, this takes time.. a LOT of time... Gaining recognition here, isent done in a day week or so....
We with bigger sp act, have done this already, we know the struggle but you need to pay us respect and work the platform before you start complaining.... I dont recomend waiting for the shiney whale from the sky to come.. as it might never happend...
Go and check my account @sam2029314. You will at least find good content but its all about reputation. Voters first see the reputation no matter how good or quality content you publish, I have seen this.

For me its more a<bout caring for my followesr that matters the most, seriously; counting the amount fo votes i need to gain 1 rep, is mindblowing.... Voters if they arnt familjar with you; will see your headline, a good picture, amount of text, THEN also amount of votes.. as we need to remember amounst will gealed a higher curation for said post.. then also add; WHO voted ;)

Hey look First of all I am not talking about myself I am talking on the behalf of all minnows and just see as i wrote this post steemians up voted it. I think they saw something, look I only have my private and memo posting key, I lost others, so its no use for me to write but i am telling you I have seen some good content of minnows who aren't helped because of their reputation people think they have just irrelevant content. I am not fighting you I just want to help the minnows so if you have any help then pass it to me so that I can pass it to others.

Hi look my account was started after his name @hollywoodmovies1 and if he had not created his account then my acoount should have been hollywoodmovies that is good than adding 1 and I am his follower but he does not try to publish something and I have seen why?
