Stellar e$TEEM - a new approach to resteeming services with the focus being collective success. Build a community of people dedicated to the success of the community first. By Incentivizing involvment and participation and sharing proceeds we can give back to those who give us support and turn a bunch of wandering minnows into a thriving school of them; Learning and growing and improving individually and as a school.

Not Just Another Resteem Service

Committed to serving steemit users with a resteeming and promotional service that will help them get more exposure from a loving community of other active followers. I hope to set in motion the creation of a close knit community of human beings engaging one another by active and genuine dialogue instead of these robotic or irrelevant input-type comments you sometimes see.

Stellar eSTEEMs posts will soon be a litany of heartfelt comments. Known for active and involved community of contributors with a sense of responsibility for the success of the community.

Stellar eSTEEM is not simply an identity. This idea will become a movement and all who are involved benefit. It is not just a for profit scam to self promote.

#The Skinny
Being a minnow is rough. Most of us have been there.
Putting work into a post that ignites your passions, but does not seem to be affecting other Steemians the same.
This is what all of us feel as newcomers to the platform.

Ever since i made the decision to go all in on Steem, i have been fully immersed in the platform. I am relatively new, but in deciding what i could offer this community which has so much already.

Here is a brief outline of key differences that will to serve better the community better than the other guy:

We basically guarantee paid promotional benefits for a given period, inspiring more quality content and consistent delivery during that time. We also heavily incentivize follower participation. In contrast, usually for the same price or more, you would only expect to see one single robotic comment advertising that you used their service.

100% of the three or so times i tried one of these services, i have no evidence to support that i gained anymore views, followers, comments, votes, or resteems whatsoever as a result of this paid self promition.

I see this as adding an element of lacking in genuine participation that ultimately will do no real good for the platform. If this is to be successful, i believe this would be because the support you get is much more real. Thus it serves to inspire even more support.

I do not wish to cause friction with the others out there providing the same service. However, the resteeming services i have seen and bought into need rethinking or a revamping before the helpful idea is ruined for everyone. Healthy competition.

I intend to serve the Steemit community in more ways than one. I will maintain an apolitical status and remain neutral and honest when providing these services. This is a Steemian honestly trying to usher exposure primarily to the new user community. I will never consider this project a success if no one can offer testimony as a satisfied supporter of my campaign OUR campaign.

I hope to empower new users to strive for success by offering options that are cost effective, and helpful to the community. I intend to be a curation powerhouse. Giving real support to those pouring their hearts into this platform.

My curation is free. If i upvote, follow, or resteem something to promote good content, then it is because it is deserved. That will look no different on the thread than my paid contributions will. You will not see robotic and repetitive posts. I am no bot. I take the human approach. I will engage and participate with you. Helping by positive input and appreciation.
Paying to support me and my idea only ensures i see your post. It is likely to gain support within our community if it is deemed quality content on its own. There are no guarantees. But it also fuels our collective growth. As a team we can and will get there together. By passive participation through drawings and giveaways you stand to have your profile increase in value just by showing some love and support.

No Self Promotion on YOUR Content

I will never comment with an advertisement on a paid post. If you buy resteems and upvotes, they will happen. You and I both know that you bought them, so i do not understand why they feel the need to hijack your posts with ads. It really does more harm than good.

It has been my experience that this ruins the return potential of a post. That is bad for my business model.

You can put confidence in my service that i will provide with a degree of integrity that will ultimately disrupt this new market. Discretion is key here. I will not ruin the intrinsic value of my own service by putting unsolicited ads on your hard work.

You are a member and will get exposure from fellow members on the same mission. We all have that in common. We can all relate on the grounds that we would like our efforts acknowledged and appreciated.

Advertising

Word of mouth from satisfied Steemians is going to play a large part in the success of my campaign. To reward you, my followers, for your continued support i plan on giving back. This will happen in many forms.

I will incentivize helping spread word about this new effort. Rather than give referral bonuses, i will increase giveaways and payouts by what i save on advertising. I will resteem and support any posts mentioning this campaign.

Once this account and @stellarresteemer reach 500 followers each, i will begin taking payment for my services. I will offer low prices while our community grows. Each month i will host giveaways i call pay it forward profit sharing.

Pay-it-forward Profit Sharing

I will put out a post prior to accepting nominations. Your post with the specified tag will nominate a fellow steemian, and be put into contest or drawing with others by the closing of the post. Another post will be shared, showcasing links to all the posts. The ballot is the comment box. Cast your votes and by post close 1 lucky steemian will get a percentage of all the proceeds taken in by the campaign monthly!

I will share the rewards of our success with you, happily. It is largely your success as well. What I propose is to reward my initial supporters the most. I encourage all the help and participation you can offer. This is for all of us.

How else can you help?

That is a loaded question. By just getting involved with my posts. If i resteem someone's hard work, maybe check it out. I will randomly reward my active followers. I will do my best to mimic good karma for you all. You get what you put into this!

Give to one another the participation you like to receive.

I can remember watching my posts like stock price. I want to make all you newcomers family, and ensure that you experience this feeling often. There is no better reward here than to reach out with an idea, and touch someone. Our voice will only be heard if we holdfast to our shared success.

If something you see makes you desire sharing, please do not hesitate to do so. Lets focus on our collective success. I would rather we all be like a close family here, than for us to not get involved and get to know each other better.

200 Steem Power guarantees at least one daily full strength upvote. I will do my best to make this a permanent change for the first 2 people to believe in my idea enough. Ambitions

I will be rewarded enough, if this idea is to succeed. In just six months time, i want to have had a hand in morphing some of you minnows into dolphins!!

I will take no more than necessary from this fund for my time spent. I am no robot. I will spend hours each day promoting and curating. Most of my own profit i will power up, Reinvesting in our continual growth.
I can donate to support ideas within the platform and help bring new users to steem!

I will delegate to users i see that are NEW and active,some of this steem power to get them started. I will do this for free. I will also showcase this minnow and create a post celebrating them, and giving to them a unique type of exposure. This will happen as i have more to delegate. I will only delegate to active and respectful members. Must be relatively new.

This will be called our Minnow of the Month.

At no point will this account will be solely a personal fund of mine. I will put a strict limit on my actual payouts. Hard to say before getting started, but i will spend time making sure that it is fair and will not inhibit our growth or forward momentum!

This isn't to say that if i can muster strong support for this idea, and enough so that this movement becomes really successful and self contained that I wouldn't LOVE to quit my job, and do this full time for you all. Because I honestly would. I am open to recieving that gift, but i dont expect it. I would do it for free. But to give rewards, i must have them to give. I offer paid services to self promote and get us more involved as a team.

I only ask for patience and participation. I will not get robotic and strip this of its merit. I want stellar esteem to be what you would honestly recommend to others you might be bringing in as new users to help them on their journey. I will keep the human approach. No bot i know of can provide this service as i intend to provide it.

Packages & Pricing

Donations that get this idea moving are also encouraged. I would consider it an honor if you support my idea in this way. Make sure to clarify a donation in memo. I would love an oppotunity to thank you personally for the vote of confidence. 50 percent of donations will go to Steem for delegation SP to gift to and inspire newcomers to become a family of active followers.

The packages that you will have to choose from will NEVER be a single resteem. They will have an amount of time whereby you are guaranteed these for posts EACH day you are active. They will change regularly. But i will have only so many monthly memberships including guaranteed upvotes. I do not wish to offer many of these packages at all. Unless of course, the ideas come to me by requests you made.

I am thinking 3 steem or 2 SBD for a week of resteems including upvotes. (Max of 5 packages total will sold that include upvotes. for now.)

All of your authored and original content will then be highlighted to our user base. All of whom are encouraged to participate and give each of these posts the time and attention they deserve. There will be a ceiling in terms of how many allowed each day in order to prevent spam and abuse attempts.

I would not like the community to suffer from pay only Promotions. I will reserve upvotes for our members who put time in their efforts and produce content deserving of the exposure we will soon be capable of.

My Active Following

Those of you who are my most active followers will be irreplacable within our community. And i will have a top three follower post out regularly. Promoting you and your hard work. Also, you will get payouts based entirely on your effort and involvement.

As we grow, so will the list of active followers mentioned with a given post. To clarify, once we hit follower and participation milestones. (Not yet set)I would like to see a top ten, or even top 100 followers. Our community will grow. So will my list thanking you for all your work.

Those of you that maintain positions on this list will be the core group of people that put in the most. You will receive the most in terms of rewards. As a community we will have grown only be the consistent involvement and positive participation of our core group of active followers.

These followers will be viewed as investors in this campaign. Whether your investment in this idea is to be time or money or both we value it highly and respect you as prominent members and will acknowledge the growth as a result of your efforts.

Whether by regular payouts, winning a random drawing, or by being nominated by our community; you could be rewarded in one or possibly all lf these ways even if you never actually spend anything at one time or another.

This is a rough concept. But a week of resteems and support is worth more than one.
