#Introduceyourself - Sarah Kinne- Fine artist

Hello There Everyone,
I was introduced to Steemit by a fellow talent who I respect. The more I looked into this new territory, the more interested I became and voila, here I am. I enjoy experimenting and trying new things, so let the fun begin!

In realizing that Steemit was and is a hub in which people can exchange infinite ideas, I decided it was time to introduce myself. This is a meeting place for all people with many goals and purposes where our imaginations are the limit.

My purpose in being here is to meet other artists, share my work, my thoughts, process and development, for reflection as well as feedback from other creative and different viewpoints.

I am a fine artist, have a BFA in painting and also had a secondary study in illustration and graphic design. My work includes various forms of painting, representational and figurative imagery. There is a place for all types of abstraction within my portfolio and I like to branch out. I believe versatility and flexibility help develop an effective process and strengthen my central focus.

I get to work with fun people at Trader Joes, where all the signs are hand made and all the employees are genuinely something else. I am pictured below with two other amazing artists!

In addition to my fine art degree, I am a Montessori trained Teacher a social painting Instructor.

An important facet of my art is based off the migration of living things around the world and the way they change the environment around them as they occupy and then move on. Cartography is part of my process for lots of my work.

I am intent on reaching out further to explore the depths of what this sea of ideas has in store, another way for worlds to collide, ideas to develop and creative energy to be shared.
