Im pretty new to all of it too, research is taking a while though now (there's even more projects than I thought) but I really feel like a wave is slowly building, there are so many blockchain projects that just cut out the middleman for artists in a way that wasn't possible before....and all it really needs is one of these platforms to get big and then the ball will be rolling on its own:)
