Often.
Often many great things happen.Often many bad things occur.Often voices emerge for us and voices bellow to dominate masses.Often seas rise to the mountains and mountains decimate to the ground.Often oceans become deserts and deserts transform into oceans.Often stars die and new ones take birth.Often most of the things happen.But you my friend.You are born once.Each second you spend comes once.Each moment you consume comes once and only once.The thing is if you want to spend your life as one life or countless one seconds!
