Seeking Inner Peace
I live a busy lifestyle in Dubai, with my wife and two teenage kids. Seldom do I get time for inward thinking and reflection, but I know that this is the simple thing that will help lift me out of the day to day auto pilot to a higher level of consciousness.
I intend to write regularly on those very inner reflections to help me and hopefully those that take the time to read my thoughts to take a step back and ask:
- What is my current state of mind.
- Why don't I feel satisfied right now.
- Why can't I feel happiness.
- What conversations am I having with myself - are they positive or negative.
- What questions am I asking myself.
I try and base my life on three very strong foundations 1) Truth, 2) Love and 3) Compassion. These have been taught to me by my spiritual master. I have learnt much from him and now through my writing, I want to reflect on these through keyboard therapy.
