My sister called me this afternoon to ask if i was still interested in the joining the new platform she had earlier told me about. A platform so different from facebook and instagram since she knows am the type of person that loves trying new stuff at first I told her I wasn’t interested.

 but then i said to myself why not try this out……………………… then I decided to check it up online, did a few research and I discovered (https://steemit.com/trending/goals) Steemit is a social media platform where everyone gets paid for creating and curating content. It leverages a robust digital points system (Steem) for digital rewards. And yeah! To my greatest surprise it was a platform with very great and positive reviews. And it got my interest and I decided to embark on this journey. 

Welcome to steemit.

 I signed up and started to explore. At first it wasn't easy; it was a bit confusing and challenging as to how to participate fully and how my post can be seen.
I will like to say a big thank you to some personalities on this platform whose distinguished works has played a very significant role in helping me understand steemit better. @adsactly @canadian-coconut @ned I want to say a big thank you to you guys for the great stuff you all are doing here. I took time to go through some of your post and it really helped me blend in.
