This post is for you not for me!

For those of you who do not know me yet, I am a yoga instructor, A single mother to a beautiful angel. I spend most of my day teaching yoga. Yoga is not just for women so i teach both the sexes. I believe that the world was pure once and now is corrupted by greedy desires and due to this endless hunger caused by this desire one is so focused on reaching out them that they have completely stopped taking care of themselves. One should realize that taking care of their body and mind is a fundamental for a fabulous life.

Let me explain this to you in the simplest way possible.

Pick a machine,any good machine. In order for it to work at its best, it requires these 3 things undoubtedly,

1.Supply of energy.
2.Regular maintenance & Cleansing
3.Rest

Even if one of this is skipped it ruins the workflow and life of a machine.

Our human body might be very complex but its fundamentals for working efficiently, remains the same.

1.Food (Supply of energy)
2.Yoga & Meditation (Regular maintenance & Cleansing)
3.Sleep (Rest)

Most of them are experts in both 1 & 3 I am sure. I am here to take care of your "2" which is equally important.
Do you remember those sick days you spent wiping your nose or feeling so weak that you cant even get off bed?
Yeah,those days.
I have never had even a single one of those in years! Since the time I started Meditating and doing Yoga each day, my life has changed completely. I never skip a meal now. I never get stressed out, negative things don't bother me anymore and most importantly I haven't seen NO doctor in forever. How amazing is that?

In order to live life by your rules, You need to start taking care of yourself. You need to spend time taking care of yourself as no one is going to do that for you. Ask yourself these questions,

Don't you wanna live long?
Don't you wanna hold your granddaughters in your arms?
Don't you wanna see the world evolve?



All you need to do is spend a little time for your well being,Just 15mins of meditation followed by 30mins a for yoga will promise you at least 30 more years at least. Both added together is just 45mins. Out of 1440mins you have each day spend just 45mins taking care of yourself.

You don't do it because you hate yourself? or Is it because you are lazy?
Whatever may be the reason guys, its like buying an express ticket to meet with your end.

Remember that,this silly reason you are giving yourself is the only thing keeping you away from reaching your full potential. Don't let silly a reason be your anchor.

You are completely right in yoga being the key to a happy life and to your well being, people just need to experience the feeling we all know so well one time and they will be hooked, and then stay disciplined and work toward the highest of the highs every day for the rest of their life.

Great message! Yoga/meditation/breathing changed my life too :) Used to have panic attacks and general anxiety. Today it's been over a year since my last panic attack. I don't even care if I get one - I've had 365 great days since then, so one sucky day doesn't matter! Followed

Trust me as an Instructor I am so happy to hear this. I get this feeling everytime someone tells me how yoga and meditation has transformed their life. Lead a healthy life to stay happy :)
