Hello fellow Steemians! A Vegan Programmer as fresh as a cold beer!
My name is Sinan and I am following Steemit for months. Now I am here among you, hey there!
I am a programmer and a Physics student, I live off trading cryptocurrency and taking online jobs. Since I suspended my study because of my mental health problems, I have a lot of free time and fundings for my travels and my hobbies such as brewing, drums, and curling. Within that free time, I was looking for a social network to join and I decided to share my experiences and contributions in Steemit.
In Steemit, I am planning to blog primarily about my travels, programming, brewing, and veganism. Since I am vegan for years, I have much information to share about key points for being a healthy vegan, vegan recipes, reasons to go vegan and much more. I would love to connect with vegans in Steemit if there are ones reading this. :)
When it comes to traveling, I have a strong passion for being on the road. Especially, when it is walking long distances and hiking, I am crazy to hit the road and explore what's beyond. Sometimes, you can even see me throwing rocks to the woods where sounds are coming, just to know if there really is a bear out there. To run or not to run, that's the question...
I guess, I started learning programming languages when I was 10 years old. From then on, I am coding in many languages and contributing to many projects. I have a passion for free and open source software. I just love the freedom of reading sources, changing software functionality and distributing the product as I wish. I must admit it, Utopian-io community has a great impact on my existence here.
And the funniest part of all, I am brewing homemade beer and it's delicious. Personally, I can say that there is no drink like a cold served Lager you have brewed yourself. Furthermore, I get an unexplainable satisfaction when people praise my beer. Sometimes I think it's even more important than actually drinking it. :)
To conclude before boring my dear readers, I always thought myself as a jack of all trades, I had too many hobbies that I do not remember all of them. And now, I have the opportunity to share all my journals, hobbies and my living. Henceforth, you will notice me write a lot hereabout.
I'm so glad to be here and hoping to get new friends to deepen the experience.
Have a nice Steemin'!

Not boring at all!
I've been vegan for 5 years and just recently joined Steemit. I'm very happy to see that there's a great vegan community here.
Welcome!
Welcome @roj!
Sorry to hear about your previous mental health problems. Taking some time off work is good & I think writing and interacting with the community will do you some good!
You sound like an interesting character, so I'm following as I definitely want to read more!
Would be great to see you use your technical skills to build on top of the Steemit platform!
And I hope you can use this platform to earn some extra beer money, not that you need with your own home brew :D
Take it easy! @soul-thru-da-ink
Hahaha, thank you for your good thoughts and caring. Aaaand, I was exactly planning like that, because I was really bored with not being able to dedicate myself to issues I want to be helpful with, just because of money and market-related things. I am really passionate about contributing much to this community because being able to make a living off things you love and do for the good is not an easy thing to find nowadays. I would love to send you a pint of fresh beer of mine or give you some beer money with just a click of mine but, somehow, at least for now, I can't. :D I'm really thankful for your comment, hoping to enjoy you with my posts. We'll see... Have a good day/night!
That's the right mentality! You'll go far on Steemit :)
Haha, you'll have that beer money in no time. I'll hold you to that beer! :) Take care!
Welcome fellow vegan!
I think you'll find yourself right at home around here.
Your comments on coding make me miss that past life of mine. I thought I was going all in a couple years ago. I taught myself a decent amount and then went to a coding boot camp. I thought that was going to be my life.
Then I had a client that left a bitter taste in my mouth and I've steered clear of it for about 2 years this spring.
Maybe one day I'll get back into it. But for now I'm enjoying my job working as a sou chef for a growing vegan restaurant.
Welcome again and I look forward to all that you will bring to the community!
Horse head.
Welcome to Steemit!
Thank you Francis! Nice to see such an active community here, it's not even 5 mins and lots of replies from nice people ^^
You sir, have a spectacular beard. Maybe now my little brother will believe me that one doesn't have to eat animal keratin to grow hair!
Welcome to the community, I'm also a newer member and pretty darn hooked. Tho, I have been lurking around before formally joining to greedily sponge up some free knowledge! With the price of SBD, it sure is a great time to get on board! facebook who?
Hahah! Thank you for the compliment. I strongly recommend your little brother a basic care for growing hair, main needs of hair are healthy oils and breathing. Nutrition is also effective, but no; animal keratin is never an essential.
Why am I get banned in utopian I have not yet share any contribution. I am just still starting .. you did not even give a warning..!!!!
pardon... Can you still give a chance..??
Wellcome my friend. If I know you, I don't think you write a lot hereabout, but we will see. :)
Welcome bro, im glad to see you.
Welcome to Steemit! I relate on being a jack of all trades :) It's totally awesome that you know how to code, that's the one skill I've always lacked.
Thank you! I hope you will someday find the time and opportunity to learn how to code. I guarantee it pays with the satisfaction of creating things ^^
