Spare Some Steem Anyone?
Probably not my best introduction into a new community setting, but I do like to joke around a bit. I am new to this platform but steem to enjoy it already. My introduction is relatively simple, I do not have an extensive or professional background in blogging nor am I a seasoned social media expert with tons of followers. Quite frankly, I don't care if that changes. I believe this platform, community, and ecosystem will grow and am excited for its future. I may be naive in my assumption that this is a fair environment that incentivises the sharing of ideas or even thoughts in general. The key is, not just any idea or thought, but something with some degree of substance or quality. I believe knowledge is power, and no one can really take any knowledge away from you, but it can be shared amongst anyone willing to listen.
I dig the tongue in cheek title... tried to upvote but it keeps just swirling and swirling and not happening 😑🤔

Haha yes a lot more. It just takes a minute to dig around but I have fou d some really amazing writing and art , along with some really big philosphical ideas and ways we might actually test them out. Im excited. Give it a minute, dont focus on the money part and find where your sharp wit is best used and join in 😎

Also, good thing to check out is steemworld.org , put your username in and you will be able to see your voting power and how much your upvote is worth. when you upvote too much and are so small your vote is worth zero. Within a 24 hour period a new account can do 10 upvotes to maintain 100% voting power, and if you like 20 votes it becomes worth zero and has to be left to recharge. You can do more than ten some days or up to 15/20 if you know you will be less active the next couple of days. It is a little confusing at first but once understood is actually very simple to check and make sure your vote is actually helping the authors you vote for!
