My name is Roman Rác.

I am 24 years old trainer, coach & lecturer from Slovakia (country located in the heart of Europe). At my 17, 7 years ago, I have had an opportunity to start working as a summer lecturer in the education and recreation diagnostic centre. I have worked with troubled children which improved my skills in people analysis and diagnostics, goal setting and building ways how to achieve them.

What is something specific about me, above the average, is my highest score at IQ test. It was at verbal category and reached the number of 138, so communication itselfs and any other verbal interaction between people represents the sphere I am really comfortable with.

For more than 4 years I have been working in business and management company, Growision, where I work with people on different levels (first-grade employees, first/second line and top managers, CEOs) and in many areas of business (Retail, IT, Human Resources, Financial services etc.). I also met a lot of successful entrepreneurs, coaches and mentors who helped me on my way to do what I really enjoy, to create added value to other people.

I use a lot of experience from my childhood, when I was football player for 10 years (from 7 to 17), in helping to build effective, satisfied and successful teams. This simple game gave me many inspirations how to work with leadership, teambuilding, communication and relationships to respect every person according to fact how different we are. I have been also training martial arts for 2 years, when I realise there is a lot of options where our mental strength could be useful. I am still a big football fan (supporting Arsenal London) and I enjoy watching martial arts at the top level (UFC & belatormma) in my free time.

Together with my work experience, this year, I am finishing my studies specialising in management and entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Management of the Comenius University in Bratislava.I am very thankful to my friend @jammer2k for inviting me here and showing me the opportunity to stay in touch with interesting people worldwide.

Despite I am still young person, I have a lot to share based on my experience, thoughts and creative thinking. Moreover, there is a lot to come for me to learn and grow, explore new areas and meeting new people from all over the world.

I am not interested in writing any extensive, motivational and pointless articles, which, most of time, are not useful for anyone. I would like to share some tips from my experience, which someone (hopefully most of you) could consider useful and try in their work or personal life for growth. In addition, I have a lot of thoughts how could personal and business development look like, I am passionate to know how others see this topic and sometimes I will also try to share my experience from travelling and other hopefully interesting things.

I would be pleased and thankful for every response, opinion or idea you will provide to me. I believe that one of the easiest (but sometimes hardest to swallow) tools for development is honest and constructive feedback, so I hope I found another great place to grow at steemit.
