I will show you in future posts, different incomes that I have already obtained, what is my current situation, short and long term objectives, etc ...

With all this I want to show you that it is possible if one poses it, but we'll do not start by the end, let's go step by step. In this post I will explain that they are passive income.

Esta libertad financiera, quiero conseguirla a través de diferentes rentas de ingresos pasivos.

Con todo esto quiero mostraros que es posible si uno se lo plantea, pero no empecemos por el final, vamos paso a paso. En esta entrada explicare que son ingresos pasivos.

What does mean the PASSIVE INCOMES?

The concept is simple, they are those incomes that are generated without having to work actively to obtain them. That is to say that if you do a job, once finished, it continues generating income without the need to spend more time (or with minimal dedication).

A good example of passive income, would be to write a book / ebook, once the book is finished and put on sale, it will continue generating income without the need to continue working on it (or dedicating at least very little time in its maintenance)

More examples of passive income, are the collection for a rent, interests of a bank account, copyright of a song or photo, royalties, patents, industrial design, stocks, bonds, investment funds .... and so a long etc.

The idea of ​​passive income is not having to work with the usual scheme of dedicating hours to collect, it is a much more effective and efficient management of our time.

This is the concept, now it's about seeing how to do it.

¿Qué son los INGRESOS PASIVOS?

El concepto es sencillo, son aquellos ingresos que se generan sin tener que trabajar de forma activa para obtenerlos. Es decir que, si realizas un trabajo, una vez terminado este continúa generando ingresos sin necesidad de dedicar más tiempo (o con una mínima dedicación).

Un buen ejemplo de ingreso pasivo, seria escribir un libro/ebook, una vez terminado el libro y puesto a la venta, este seguirá generando ingresos sin necesidad de continuar trabajando sobre él (o dedicando al menos muy poco tiempo en su mantenimiento).

Más ejemplos de ingresos pasivos, son el cobro por un alquiler, intereses de una cuenta bancaria, derechos de autor de una canción o foto, royalties, patentes, diseño industrial, acciones, bonos, fondos de inversión…y así un largo etcétera.

La idea de los ingresos pasivos es no tener que trabajar con el esquema habitual de dedicar horas para cobrar, se trata de una gestión mucho más eficaz y eficiente de nuestro tiempo.
Este es el concepto, ahora se trata de ver cómo hacerlo.
