Hi everyone! My name is Jessica. I have a degree focused in business and IT, and work primarily with data analytics. Much of my work is focused around finance. Crypto-Currencies are eventually going to fundamentally transform the markets and trade. It will transition power to consumers and open up new opportunities. It is exciting to be in the early stages of this new technology, and it will be interesting to see what takes off in the coming years, and what strategies are employed.

Another reason I am coming to steemit has to do with recent censorship on sites like reddit. The actions of mods during the recent tragic events in Orlando are disgusting, and it is clear that a new platform needs to take place in order to maintain free speech and freedom of information.
