Good to see you here :) You will mainly do the same as whaleshares and just post and comment etc. The big difference is since you are still only on 15sp you get very little bandwidth to interact with. Every vote, comment etc takes some of this for instance this post and the people you followed took 10% of your 100% you get over 5 days. To have steem on mobile you can use PARTIKO app and if you actually do some fitness / walking then @actifit is good since they also give you votes for posting steps above 5000 etc which can help new accounts a lot.
