Letter on Money

I was told of a teenager who returned from the last Christmas holiday and decided he wasn't going to school again. Why? Because when he went home, he saw his mates driving big cars with lots of cash to throw around. Mind you, he's just in Senior Secondary class two.
Then I asked myself;

  • Does he know what they did to get all that money?
  • At his age and level in life, what would he do with that kind of money?
  • After acquiring all the money, what next?
    A lot of teenagers these days are lacking basic values and principles of life that could guide them. Most of them only think of 'money' and they don't care how they get it. Its very troubling to think what they are willing to do to be like their 'mates'.
    Guys, money is good but the love (the feeling of strong, constant affection) of it is the root of all evil. When money comes first, life is headed in the wrong direction already. Life is in stages.
    Learn the values of Hard wordDeep positive thinking *Responsibility *Value creation.
    Think of what you can do to create value and start. Value creation translates into wealth.
    If you think selling your body parts(organs) or cheating on people is a way to create value, then let's talk about it here. But seriously, life is larger than money when you look through the right pair of glasses. Money is a vital part but must never come first.
