Saludos gratos a toda la comunidad Steem!

Hace no muy pocos días me enteré de la existencia de un sitio donde puedes explorar tu creatividad, hacer posts de lo que te interesa y encontrar gente que pueda compartir esas ansias de crear contigo. Nada más ni nada menos que Steemit; una espectacular red social de creativos en muchos ámbitos y temas tan diversos como lo es todo internet.

Les cuento un poco sobre mí: mi nombre es Oriana, tengo 19 años viviendo por el arte, me encanta el cine y estoy estudiando para ser cineasta. Vivo en Venezuela, y aunque se me haga difícil, sigo luchando por mis metas. Quiero hacer agradable mis posts para todo el mundo y conseguir que ustedes intercambien ideas conmigo. Hablo español e inglés (a pesar de que no creo que este sea muy bueno, honestamente).

Mi manera de disfrutar la vida es a través de un lente. Amo la fotografía, la pintura, la música, la naturaleza y la comida. Quiero compartir todo lo que sé y todo lo que me parece fascinante de estos temas con ustedes. También me encantan las series, los animales y la ayuda humanitaria. De hecho, con respecto a eso último, este año hice lo que probablemente me hizo más feliz este año. Supongo que muchos sabrán que en Venezuela no estamos pasando por el mejor momento, y este año estuvo cargado de protestas por todo el país. En mi ciudad (Caracas) ejercí como paramédico en ellas junto a los paramédicos y bomberos acreditados de mi universidad. Fue algo que me llenó como ser humano porque fue mi manera de aportar ayuda a la grave situación y no quería quedarme de brazos cruzados.

Tengo tres gatitos (Dios, amo los gatos) que tengo desde hace dos años aproximadamente y me hace muy feliz. Todos los animales me hacen feliz.

Mi otra gatita nunca se deja sacar fotos, es tímida. / The other kitten never lets herself take pictures, she's shy.

El primer vistazo que le eché a esta página me fue muy satisfactorio. Nada mejor que ver un montón de artistas escribiendo sobre la vida diaria; cosas simples que embellecen la vida. Desde cómo se cría una oruga y verla crecer hasta convertirse en una mariposa, hasta los viajes de personas aventureras por países exóticos.

Greetings to the entire Steem community!

Not many days ago I learned of the existence of a site where you can explore your creativity, make posts of what interests you and find people who can share that desire to create with you. Nothing more and nothing less than Steemit; a spectacular social network of creative people in many fields and topics as diverse as the whole internet.

I tell you a little about myself: my name is Oriana, I'm 19 years old living for art, I love cinema and I'm studying to be a filmmaker. I live in Venezuela, and although it is difficult for me, I keep fighting for my goals. I want to make my posts nice for everyone and get you to exchange ideas with me. I speak Spanish and English (I’ll do my best, I promise).

My way of enjoying life is through lens. I love photography, painting, music, nature and food. I want to share all that I know and all that I find fascinating about these issues with you. I also love series, animals and humanitarian aid. In fact, about to that last one, this year I did what probably made me happier this year. I guess many will know that in Venezuela we are not going through the best time, and this year was full of protests throughout the country. In my city (Caracas) I practiced as a paramedic in them with the paramedics and firefighters accredited from my university. It was something that filled me as a human being because it was my way of contributing help to the serious situation and I didn’t want to sit idly by.

I have three kittens (God, I love cats) that I’ve had for about two years and it makes me very happy. All animals make me happy.

The first look I got on this page was very satisfying. Nothing better than seeing a lot of artists writing about daily life; simple things that embellish life. From how a caterpillar grows and see it grow to become a butterfly, to the adventures of adventurous people in exotic countries.

Thanks to Manu (@soymanu I love you boy) for recommending this page. I feel that I am going to enjoy it a lot and that I am going to learn from all of you as much as I can.
