Hello Steenit Comunity! I am Oliver S. Concepción Cocco, @ococco, From Dominican Republic. I am a Full time IT Auditor, Part time University teacher, Father of 2 kids, busy husband, and part time business owner! LOL...
This was me before 2015. I was a little overweight! I was 200 pounds for a small man (5', 5"). I was so fat that I was always tired.

In 2015 I had an accident in a scooter, I had an injure in my right knee. All my joints were damaged and the doctor sent me to loose weight. I needed to loose 50 pounds if I wanted to walk like a normal person!. I started a weight loss plan and managed to loose like 35 pounds! That is all I could loose.

This is me in a closer date. my face is thin, I am bald... but I can walk better, I have learned how to eat and I keep my body weight below 175 pounds. after work I go on foot to my home. This is like a 2.5 kilometers on foot every day.This walks have helped me on keeping my weight in line.

I like walking, and I'm always reading new stuff. I like to teach and learn from the people. I was trying to find a place where I could write about my experience and be heard. I hope to fit in this nice community.
