Food From the globe 1
Today I'll start talking about food from around the globe
I'll start with the main dish wish is a traditional in My country (Egypt) called "Koshary" :D
This dish is affordable and is one of my favorite dishes that has a special taste ... hard to find in any other dish.
Mainly it is made of macaroni mixed with rice , lentils.
Topped with a spiced tomato sauce, and garlic vinegar, garnished with chickpeas and crispy fried onions.
A sprinkling of garlic juice, or garlic vinegar, and hot sauce are optional..But really makes the taste even more delicious.
Most of the time people have desert with it which is also delicious and has a taste of the traditional Egyptian food.
CALLED "roz bel labn" which means rice with milk (cold) but still very delicious :D
