About Me

I'm a recent Master of Public Administration graduate working in Canada's North. I was introduced to cryptocurrency through a grad school colleague in 2017. At the time I was busy trying to make some side money day trading various assets, but as any day trader knows there are good days and there bad days. As someone who has always desired to eschew the status quo and ignore arbitrary limitations on what is possible, I became fascinated by the potential that cryptocurrency held. To that end, I would say the majority of my investment capital and time go in to researching cryptocurrencies, upcoming ICOs, blockchain conferences, and following fintech related news on twitter and around the web. It's my goal to use this research to grow my investment capital and provide for my son's future.

My Blog

The intent of this blog is to share my thoughts and research into new and emerging cryptocurrencies as well as projects and ICOs that I believe are worthy of discussion. I don't claim to be some kind of blockchain guru, but I have an analytical mind (if a bit cynical) that lends itself well to this type of research and discussion. I will also (from time to time) share my thoughts on other topics including, but not limited to:

• Politics and Policy
  • This will likely be specific to the natural resource sector in Canada
• Travel
  • As an avid traveler, and someone who has spent a few years living abroad, I will likely share a bit from my experiences here as well - with the possibility of a guest article from my wife here and there
• Trading in the conventional market
  • Discussion of my trading strategies, what I'm buying watching and interested in
