Who is Noelia?

I've always thought that define is delimit, which is why I do’t want to use up what I can be by limiting myself to some words. Nevertheless, I will take the job of assigning myself some characteristics, so that from this small virtual world, you can meet the person who writes behind the screen.

My name is Noelia, like that, without H. I’m a woman, venezuelan and feminist. In that order.

I have been living in the plain for 17 years, 4 years living in the mountains, but I dream with being able to live in front of the sea someday.

I'm a film student, but I am very passionate about the plastic arts and painting. The cinema has molded, inspired and introduced me to wonderful people and made me fall in love.
The cinema isn’t my only love, the illustration battle with it.

I'm absurdly obsessed with stationery materials, the watercolors, the colors, the markers, the chalk and the brushes. Thanks to this obsession, in 2016 I decided to create a line of hand-illustrated notebooks: www.instagram.com/zahirlibretas

With the discovery of watercolors came lettering to my life too. I found there the perfect ally that combined drawing, writing and decoration as part of a single discipline.
I made to the lettering more than a hobby, a study.

I started decorating invitation cards, blackboards, welcome signs, business cards and notebook covers. Since then, chalk has become my favorite tool, my indispensable partner and my work material.

I like astrology, feminism, mindfulness and meditation. In my free time I usually read, watch movies, paint or write, although I never imagined publishing what I usually write when I'm alone in front of a pencil and paper.

I usually think that difficult situations only make us stronger and more creative. I think if the situation of my country wasn’t what it is right now, I’d never have what it takes to whrite and present myself publicly as I do.

I'm nervous but very excited to be welcome in the steemit community. I want to learn and meet new people.
