I’m a Murray State graduate in Biomedical Sciences and am currently a personal trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist through ACE. I have an insatiable curiosity for everything under the sun, love to travel, and am committed to being a lifelong student. Personal development in every facet of life is a hardcore hobby of mine!

My faith in Jesus is the driving force in everything that I do. It provides enough stability to keep me grounded, but also pushes me to maintain an open mind and explore the mysteries of this large universe we live in. I view this life as a unique opportunity to learn who God is, through the good times and bad. Experiencing as much as I can means that I get to learn more! Speaking of which...

Full-time travel has been a life-long dream (and I hope Steemit will help me achieve it!) In just a couple short weeks I’ll be embarking on my very first overseas trip to Victoria, Australia! This will be one of many excursions. I’ll be documenting my travels on Steemit to keep you updated, and hopefully give you ideas on what to do if you visit Australia. I’m always open to suggestions on where to go next, too!!

I’m a biomechanics fanatic and am in love with marital arts. After struggling with finding answers to a rib injury that knocked me out of jiu jitsu for a year I’m committed to providing exercises and tips that will help martial artists either prevent injuries or recover faster. There are very few detailed answers out there on the internet for injury prevention/healing that are specific to the arts. I hope I can show you a clearer path towards getting back on the mat, so if you have any questions about your own injuries/concerns please let me know! I love a good challenge. :)
