Hello to everyone as I take the crypto plunge!

Greetings Steemit family!

At first glance, you might think I'm just another bored twenty-something debt slave from the USA. But there is much more to me than meets the eye...

I have wanted to make media as long as I can remember. As a young child, that meant acting in television in movies. As I grew I knew that I wanted to write out my passion. But what to write? Who to share it with?

My real "awakening" began in 2014, my final year of college. I became very disillusioned with the status quo, the government, pop culture, the financial system etc. After being rudely red pilled on 9/11. A sense of rage and urgency overcame me as I stared down the depths of evil our society had been operating under for so long.

I knew my life would never be the same.

I dived down the steep rabbit hole and pretty much hit the bottom before I discovered Jeff Berwick's podcast, Anarchast. There I was introduced to real libertarianism, anarcho-capitalism and of course, bitcoin and the blockchain. It was truly my saving grace.

I have been extremely lucky in the timing of my incarnation/awakening. The advent of blockchain technology, I believe, has the potential to unleash unimaginable prosperity, freedom and knowledge for people all over the world, all walks of life. Now, instead of living with hopeless defeat, I am comforted by the solution at hand...

I've been flirting with the idea of content creation even more so since my awakening. But I couldn't blow it. I knew there was no way I'd be able to get my foot in the door, much less make a living, pitching to mainstream media platforms and publishing houses. Facebook and twitter seemed like a vapid echo chambers of egos. Shadow banning, censorship and social engineering aren't my speed. Youtube intimidated me and I needed a way to make some solid capital. When Steemit came a long, it offered a goldilocks solution for people who are as passionate about bitcoin and liberty as I am and willing to write content for this burgeoning community.

I have a wide variety of interests as of now- technology, trading, investment, urban planning, design, social engineering, travel, food, gardening, health, wellness, conspiracies, ancient history, occult philosophy, archaeology, art, literature and a lot more. I'm interested in culture wars and, to some extent, politics and mass culture. I'm also very interested in software development and would like to learn some programming skills in the next couple years. I want to narrow my niche as time goes on and provide as much value as I can to this community. I intend to upload content as often as I can. I am open to feedback. But I intend to trail blaze and open as many nooks and crannies in this space as I can. I believe that this is important and necessary work.

I'm interested in meeting people with shared passions from all walks of life from all corners of the globe! I want to see Steemit (and solid blockchain platforms) grow and provide opportunities for people. Feel free to give me a follow and I will return the favor! I want to provide as much as I possibly can to this legendary platform and help others in their quest for success as well!
