I need to think about what I'm going to be posting. Any suggestions on how to figure this out?
I've been debating for the past week on what to focus on posting here on Steemit. It seems like a simple question at first, but when I start to think about it, it's quite complex as I can talk about a range of subjects. I understand the whole idea of 'focus on what your passionate about' and 'talk about what interests you', but that's not just why I'm here.
My goal on steemit is to bring value to the community, to add value to my followers and subscribers with every post, somehow. So I'm still giving it some thought, but I'm just curious to see if anyone has gone through this process, and if so, how you've dealt with it and succeeded in finding a topic to post, blog, vlog about, especially here on steemit.
Please let me know your thoughts, I will greatly appreciate, thank you.
Welcome to Steemit Land!
Thank you!
For quick money sake I originally thought the popular tags, But I'm more a Life, Stories and Philosophy kind of guy, so i decided I would grow with the few that lean that way, and throw down some memories that are dear to me, Idea's & rants and philosophies.
So no need to think much except leaning writing skills and Markup language
I'm actually Bubbling with Ideas for stories, but my skills at getting them down can't keep up LOL
Every post is time consuming :-)
But content with my choice, as people dear to me, can read about and maybe get to know me better, some time in the future ( my 2 year old Grandson for example) I might not be around long enough for him to know me well. ? kind of a time capsule if you will.
Here is a post I did along those lines https://steemit.com/philosophy/@codypanama/i-know-you-get-intimate-with-me-and-all-future-generations-to-come-blockchain-style
Hope you find what your interested in, but that could change quick, It's all good :-)

Already fixed, my latest mistake is SBD to BTM on Bittrex and buying steem which i cant find a deposit here, Ah figured it out while typing LOL Cheers
I have a btc trade from coinbase to Steem that's somewhere in limbo, as well as a btc coinbase wallet transfer to jaxx also in limbo, I wish I could figure it out. It's a small trade and I should have put a higher transaction fee on them. Not sure how to get them back.
Blockchain is clogged, I have a small transaction in the pipe for 4 days now, and they took 1/2 the btm to send it LOL final tally when and if it gets here is:
0.0666033 LOL from over 13 BTM 6.66 um significant hehe.
my transaction from SBD to steem Power is compete :-)
Welcome on board :)
Write about everything you're interested in and have the time and energy to write about :D people can just read whatever they're interested in and some will be interested in everything.
Thank you! I think you're onto something there!
Welcome to Steemit @martinramallo - great to have you here!
I am in no way an expert as I have only been here a few days. I'm testing out several different topics of posts to see what works and what doesn't. I wish you luck in finding your niche 👍
Thank you, @gmuxx! I'll settle on a few topics that share a common thread, or I'll do a poll or something, lol!
Hey and welcome! Glad to have you here.
Cheers,

I joined in 2016 and only just started doing any posting this past week, mainly because I was waffling about what I wanted my account to BE. When I finally got on and really dug into the community I realized accounts are frequently everything from political exposition to philosophy to photos of their cats to home improvement projects.
So I try to post at least once a day and I write about whatever I feel strongly about at that moment. So far some liberty talk, tv reviews, unschooling/parenting, DIY, and humor. Anything you put some effort into will bring value to someone so go ahead and just put yourself out there!
Good luck!
Thank you for the sound and hearty advice! I will definitely keep this in mind as I decide on topics and subjects to post and write about, and I'm definitely following. Cool!
