Well it all depends.. just by posting good quality content or paying a small fee for resteem bots to resteem your posts and get more views to a wider audience. That's my best guess! But to build an honest audience... welcome other steemers from the introduceyourself tag :) Like i am doing with you! Build a relationship with people and engage with them to build a solid following! Who knows one may be a whale some day and help you out in the future! It's just putting in hard work :)
