Without proper education,students are jusk like a bag lady.a homeless woman who carries all her possessions in her shopping bags.It is said that charity begins at home and so does education.A teacher is just like a centre to be near to nearer and to be dear to dearer for the allround development of the students character.He acts like an alchemists through which a piece of glass turns into diamond.But centrifugal day by day,they try to maintain an arm's length from their concerned teachers.They intend to be aloof from their teachers teaching in the class room,as a result of which they go astray and get lost without guidance.Thus,a teacher acts like a centre of gravity and plays a vital role in the formation of student character and career.Indeed,a teacher,for them,is a moral force to reckon with.

Every society is essentially patriarchal.But there is a paradigm shift today with our society becoming increasingly matriarchal as women are given proper education with utmost care and affection.

In this context a teacher's role is vital.He is a friend,guide,philosopher,director,mentor,caretaker,proctor,critic and trusted moral adviser for his students.Without proper guidance a student cannot improve in his life.Thus,to clarify this point,the relationship between a student and teacher is just like a"Bhakta"and"Bhagaban".Without a teacher,a student cannot develop his permanent elements of life.All the doubts are cleared by the proper guidance of the teacher.

The relationship between"Guru"and"shisya"is that of two parallel lines which never meet.That means two lines starts pursuing and searching for an infinite knowledge of the Almighty God,which creates a sense of philosophical and technological aims and goals of human life.Education is a never ending process as we learn it till death.It changes from time to time and it is what makes us from.
