fit cupcakes Receta
Hola amigos de steemit. Hoy me puse a inventar un poquito en la cocina tomando algunas ideas de internet y cambiándolas a mi estilo.
Les confieso que tenía muchísima ansiedad (a todos nos pasa jajaja) y este fue el resultado que logré. Aquí les dejo la receta para que puedan aplicarla ustedes mism@s en un día de ansiedad (no se excedan), sin sentirse culpables:

INGREDIENTES:

- ✔ 1 taza de harina de avena (si no tienes, puedes licuar avena en hojuelas)
. - ✔ 2 bananas, aplastadas.
- ✔ 2 huevos enteros.
4.✔ 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear. - ✔ Vainilla y canela al gusto.
- ✔ Media cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio.
- ✔ Stevia al gusto (yo sugiero 3-4 sobrecitos).
- ✔ Media taza de leche (preferiblemente de almendras o coco).
- ✔ 1/3 de taza de yogur griego.
- ✔ 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco.
PREPARACIÓN:

- ✅ Precalienta el horno a 190 grados centígrados.
- ✅ Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos.
- ✅ Mezcla todos los ingredientes líquidos o húmedos.
- ✅ Luego agrega poco a poco la mezcla seca a la húmeda y revuelve.
- ✅ Vierte la mezcla en el envase y hornea por 20-25 minutos

¡Eso es todo! Me encantan las recetas fáciles y rápidas porque no tengo mucho tiempo disponible al día. Así que si eres como yo, esta receta te va a encantar. ¡Prepárala y cuéntame cómo te quedó!

Today I started to invent a little bit in the kitchen taking some ideas from the internet and changing them to my style.
I confess that I had a lot of anxiety (everyone happens to us lol) and this was the result that I achieved. Here I leave the recipe so that you can apply it yourself in a day of anxiety (do not exceed), without feeling guilty:

INGREDIENTS:

- ✔ 1 cup oatmeal (if you do not have it, you can liquefy oatmeal in flakes)
. - ✔ 2 bananas, crushed.
- ✔ 2 whole eggs.
4.✔ 1 tablespoon baking powder. - ✔ Vanilla and cinnamon to taste.
- ✔ Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
- ✔ Stevia to taste (I suggest 3-4 sachets).
- ✔ Half a cup of milk (preferably almonds or coconut).
- ✔ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt.
- ✔ 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
PREPARATION:
.
- ✅ Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- ✅ Mix all dry ingredients.
- ✅ Mix all liquid or moist ingredients.
- ✅ Then slowly add the dry mixture to the wet and stir.
- ✅ Pour the mixture into the package and bake for 20-25 minutes
