¡Hola Steemit! / Hello Steemit! Mi nombre es Larry (ES/EN)

Describirse no siempre es sencillo. Muchas personas pasan años e incluso décadas descubriendo quiénes son, mas allá de su oficio, su profesión o sus hobbies. Y es que, si quitas todo eso, si no existieran por ejemplo el fútbol, tu red social o tus series favoritas, la universidad o incluso tu país de orígen, ¿qué es lo que quedaría de tí como persona?

Luego les respondo eso, empecemos con lo convencional. Mi nombre es Larry Pérez, en este momento estudio Ingeniería de Computación en la Universidad Simón Bolívar ubicada en Sartenejas, Venezuela, y en paralelo manejo un negocio independiente de agencias de viajes. Pero además de eso me gustan muchísimas cosas más. Yo era de esos niños que de pequeños se quedaban pegados al televisor viendo el canal de ciencias de turno mientras comía galletas. Pero también me gustan las historias increibles, quiero hacer música en un futuro no muy lejano, le estoy agarrando gusto al marketing digital, etc. En fin, son muchísimas cosas, pero en este blog me he querido enfocar en tres:

1 - Actualmente escribo poemas. Cuando me inspiro o llega algún acontecimiento a mi vida que pueda influenciar fuertemente mis emociones, una entrada de este blog puede salir en unos 10-15 minutos, hasta una hora. Luego me encargo de pulir el texto, y a partir de eso llevo más de 50 poemas escritos entre el 2012 y el 2017. Ese es el tema principal de esta cuenta.

2 - Me ENCANTA viajar. Por la situación económica que vive mi país no he logrado ir a todos los sitios a los que quiero ir, pero gracias a todo lo que hago logro ganarme suficiente para disfrutar al máximo cada lugar a donde vaya, así sea durmiendo en un colchón o un sofá ¯_(ツ)_/¯. De vez en cuando escribiré acerca de eso también.

3 - Me ENCANTA comer, también. No hablaré de ello muy seguido, pero si consigo algo que en realidad sienta que necesite compartir con ustedes, lo haré con mucho gusto.

Esto no quiere decir que no pueda escribir sobre muchísimas cosas más, pero me gusta darle una dirección referencial a las cosas que hago, ¿qué les puedo decir?

Ah si, la pregunta del principio. Después de mucho pensarlo me di cuenta (y he decidido) que soy luz. Para mi familia y amigos, para mi país y para las personas con las que crucemos caminos. Luz que enciende e ilumina el fuego que tenemos dentro todos nosotros, y que muchas veces las situaciones en las que estamos se encargan de apagar. Mi sueño comienza por que todos luchen por los suyos, y escuchar historias espectaculares de cómo lo están logrando.

En algún momento hablaré de cómo termina. Pero si quieres comenzarlo conmigo, bienvenido seas.

Describing ourselves is not always easy. Many people spend years and even decades discovering who they are, beyond their trade, their profession or their hobbies. And is that, if you remove all that, if there were not for example football, your social network or your favorite series, the university or even your country of origin, what would be left of you as a person?

Then I answer that, let's start with the conventional. My name is Larry Pérez, at this moment I'm studying Computer Engineering at Simón Bolívar University located in Sartenejas, Venezuela, and in parallel I manage an independent business of travel agencies. But besides that I like many more things. I was one of those children who stayed glued to the television watching the science channel on duty while eating cookies. But I also like incredible stories, I want to make music in the not too distant future, I'm taking pleasure in digital marketing, etc. In short, there are many things, but in this blog I wanted to focus on three:

1 - Currently I write poems. When I am inspired or there is an event in my life that can strongly influence my emotions, an entry in this blog can come out in 10-15 minutes, up to an hour. Then I polish the text, and from that I have more than 50 poems written between 2012 and 2017. That is the main theme of this account.

2 - I LOVE to travel. Because of the economic situation my country is going through, I have not been able to go to all the places I want to go, but thanks to everything I do I can earn enough to enjoy every place I go, whether it's sleeping on a mattress or a sofa ¯_ (ツ) _ / ¯. From time to time I will write about that too.

3 - I LOVE to eat, too. I will not talk about it very often, but if I get something that I really feel I need to share with you, I will do it with pleasure.

This does not mean that I can not write about many other things, but I like to give a reference address to the things I do, what can I say?

Oh yes, the question at the beginning. After much thought I realized (and I have decided) that I am light. For my family and friends, for my country and for the people with whom we cross roads. Light that turns on the fire that we have inside all of us, and that many times the situations in which we are are responsible for turning off. My dream begins with everyone fighting for theirs, and hearing spectacular stories of how they are accomplishing it.
