Identical triplets (What is it like to be one?)

FIRST...THE FACTS!

The likelihood to be born a identical triplet is 1 in 200 million.
When one single egg is fertilised by one single sperm and this fertilised zygote quickly and evenly divides into three separate zygotes, identical triplets are formed. Another possibility is that the fertilised egg splits into two and then one of these eggs divides again. These are what are known formally as monozygotic triplets. This splitting occurs shortly after fertilisation.

When identical triplets are formed this means that all three share the same identical DNA, gender, characteristics and features. Some researchers believe that a certain percentage of monozygotic triplets actually start as identical quadruplets but one of the embryos does not continue to grow to maturity or becomes reabsorbed.

Sometimes it really feels like i won the big lottery in life!
I could not even imagine what it would be like to live life with out my brothers. Together we have become a unit, working and striving for the same goal in life.

Growing up we always got to hear -"You are 3 completely different individuals."
I always hated to hear that because i didn't feel that way!
How could someone not born a identical triplet possible understand the unique, strong bound we where born with?
After all we share the exact same DNA.
Our teachers tried to split us up by putting us in different classrooms, not being used to be apart that put allot of stress on us and we had a hard time concentrating, and felt we where treated unfair and differently than the other kids in our school.

We always liked the same things!
Same taste in music, same interests, the same ambitions and YES the same taste in girls!

Now when we are grown up we live together in the same apartment. We have traveled the world together and even got our own company together. Just to fuck with people we got the identical tattoos and hairstyle :D
