Forget the rules, this is how to live a KICKASS life...

On a typical Friday night you'll find me with my feet on a 5 foot stack of pillows, donning an angry birds costume and watching episodes of Community or Game of Thrones.

A sense of humour is a must! I drive around in a fast, noisy, shiny, metal box for a living. I'm never sure what or how my day is going to plan out, but I enjoy what I do and I know that I will find a way to make people feel better.

Grow up as a military baby! I was born in England to two Australian parents and my upbringing involved a lot of travel and new places to explore.

Be ambitious and have big goals! Like starting you own school, being in a successful band, and owning a publishing company. To obtain these goals, investing is your friend.

Have several creative outputs! Play a guitar and sing out loud. Write a book and design a game. Get involved in RPGs. They are great fun.

Work out! Get those muscles pumping then show them off at the beach or the hot springs. The gym, yoga, thousand steps, whatever it takes. You'll feel great after.

Love a variety of music! I dance to anything from Apocalyptica to 90s pop. Give me an acoustic cover of a song and I'll tap my foot happily. I love classical guitar, songs written by Weird-Al, and the passionate music made by FFDP. And keep coming back to listen to your favourite songs like 'Baby Got Back' and 'While my guitar gently weeps'.
